tuna noodle casserole

Trying to change up the protein intake a bit and still unsure of where to get the best fresh fish, we opted for this tuna casserole. [Original recipe here] We used whole grain dijon and we really thought that added some nice texture and flavor. Other than that, we stuck pretty closely with the recipe * gasp * and it turned out pretty well.
