This was yummy and suuuuper filling (seriously, we ate half as much as we usually eat). As usual, we used Trader Joe’s wheat pizza crust and subbed in mozzarella cheese. With this pizza in particular, we would highly recommend giving the crust a bit of a pre-bake before adding the toppings because they’re so thick the middle just can’t get done. Enjoy!

Onion

Wilted kale (it turns such a rich color!) and caramelized onions

Sage

Sweet potatoes, sage and milk

All mixed together

Layer on pizza

Top with cheese, kale and onions

Of course, add more cheese
