Hey friends. It’s been a while since we’ve shared recipes with you, so get ready. Today we’re sharing a lot of pizzas. We just use Trader Joe’s pizza dough and add our own toppings. A couple of times they were sold out of the wheat dough, so we tried the white and herbs versions but are glad to say we like the wheat best anyway!
First up, Caesar Salmon Pizza. Delicious. We probably used more than the recommended serving of cheese, but what else is new?
Next, Pesto i Prosciutto. Forgot to take an after photo. It wasn’t the prettiest pizza we’ve made, but it was yummy nonetheless.
There was a pesto and broccoli…
(Steam the broccoli and then layer on pizza. Be sure to pre-bake the crust halfway or it will be soggy.)
Ground turkey with marinara and kale
(Same for this–brown the turkey and steam the kale while the crust pre-bakes and then layer it all and finish baking.)
And lastly (for now), the Butternut Squash and Sage Pizza.
Sorry for the overload. Moral of the story is to play around and try stuff out. The possibilities are limitless! (Well, we suppose not technically infinite, but probably more than you could make and consume in a lifetime if you ate nothing but pizza for every meal. Moderation, people!)
