We love pizzas. They’re quick, easy, pretty inexpensive if you make your own and just taste yummy… and we figure if they have lots of veggies and are on a wheat crust they can’t be too bad. We’ll be sharing new recipes as we try them. First up is one of our favorites–kale and mushroom. (Recipe here on Oh My Veggies) It’s really simple and tastes super yummy.

So as usual, we changed things up a bit. We used smaller mushrooms because they’re bite-sized and cheaper.

Instead of the roasted garlic seasoned with salt and pepper, we just dust the crust with a little olive oil and some garlic powder. Quicker, less salt and you don’t get chunks of garlic.

Viola! So so so so yummy. Try it.
